WRS systemIt consists of a transmitter (WRP) and a receiver with a built-in interface (WRI).
The system components communicate with each other through a wide spectrum radio transmission system, which has automatic channel selection and a 2.4 GHz operating frequency.
Thanks to this transmission system, the system is able to resist signal interference, and its functional features are reflected in having 79 channels, each with 4 sub channels, allowing for the installation of 4 probes on a single application and up to 316 probes on the same production facility.
In addition, the inherent advantages of wireless transmission are reflected in the fact that they can be within each other's line of sight without the need for positioning probes and interfaces, and in fact, the system can operate and transmit measurement information at a distance of less than or equal to 15 meters.
CN will immediately process the data transmitted by the contact instant application to confirm, locate, and measure the parts being processed, transforming the machine tool into an effective inspection and measurement environment.
The system can also use a single WRI interface to sequentially process four MIDA transmitters.
With WRS, it can use two probes to detect parts and tools, with one probe used for detecting parts and the other probe used for detecting tools, both probes being managed by the same receiver.
Due to its sturdy construction, WRS has strong durability, even under harsh machine conditions. The direct advantages of the WRS system include shortening the time required for normal machining operations and reducing the number of rejected parts, thereby maximizing production time and cost savings from an economic perspective.
